Well experienced with over 6,000 documented hours of hands-on therapy for a wide variety of clients needs from simple relaxation, orthopedics pain management, sports, assisted stretching, deep tissue, injury recovery, and overall good health.

I am a graduate of Center for pain management by James Waslaski of N. Richland Hills, Texas, Healing Arts Institute of Citrus Heights, CA and McKinnon Institute in Oakland, CA.                                                                                                                                                                      I am a well rounded and experienced therapist with special skills to help almost anyone, with an active knowledge of the muscular-skeletal system.    I continue to educate myself to stay up to date.

I have a natural interest in people and am very sociable with anyone who has a heartbeat. I love having this opportunity to really help others.

Growing up in California, born in the city of San Jose, I always had an interest in physical fitness, being strong, fit, and maintaining a healthy life style. I eventually moved to the foothills of the Sierra mountains in 2000. in 2010 I took interest in massage/bodywork, obtained my education and certification from Healing Arts Institute in Citrus Heights, CA and started working in that field. By 2012 I relocated to Walnut Creek, CA and continued my bodywork education at McKinnon institute located in Oakland while working for Massage Envy Spa in Concord/Clayton. I was very successful there and in high demand! In June 2014 I moved back to Folsom, CA. I expanded my skills with certification in orthopedics pain management in 2017 and this has been a serious advancement in my career!

I have always enjoyed being physically active, working-out in a gym atmosphere, always challenging myself to do better, as well as enjoying kayaking, bicycling, and hiking on the many beautiful trails we have in the Sierra Foothills. I especially love trips to Lake Tahoe or the Bay Area, as well as abroad.

My life has taken many paths, and I have also benefited from those times that have been trying as they have made me stronger mentally and emotionally.

Since the beginning of my bodywork and touch for massage, I knew I was a natural at this. Many people who know my work will tell you that I am extraordinary and gifted with a passion for massage and bodywork.
