Investing in massage is an investment in your health

I offer one hour, one and one-half hour, and two hour sessions;

At my location in Folsom, one hour is $80. Ninety minutes is $100. Two hours is $120.

If I come to your location, the first hour is $100. Ninety minutes is $120. Two hours is $140. These prices depend on where you live and they are negotiable. I am only excepting cash or check at this time but will also be taking credit card some time in the future.

There is no contract or commitments, nothing to sign except a consent for me to work on you. 

Orthopedic pain management, postural corrective bodywork is highly effective for problem areas like joint pain, bulging spinal discs, frozen shoulder, back pain, miss aligned hips and shortened leg as well as many other issues of the body. This treatment is clinical and painless.

I am also very skilled with a smooth and relaxing Swedish massage with a wonderful flow, to get rid of stress, relax and just unwind.

I treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with multiple testing of the median nerve from the neck down to the wrist to pinpoint the exact cause of this issue. many times surgery is not necessary!                                                                                                                                        

I also specialize in many other common problems like Sciatica, Plantar Fasciitis, joint restrictions, and stop or at least reduce Tension Headaches, tingling and numbness from points of nerve compression. I do have too many skills to list here.

I can pinpoint and treat problem areas by listening to you, doing my assessments, and making a treatment plan for the individuals desired results. Then the work begins. I will also give you home stretches and exercises to maintain the work I have done.

Seated massages are fully clothed and $1 a minute on my chair for you or your event fund raisers, also charity donations for a variety of good causes. I also do corporate chair massages at discount prices for company employees on-site, these usually last more or less 20 minutes each. 

I am also trained, certified, and experienced in Reiki Healing Energy, the strength of this depends on the individual I am working on, some are very strong and the client can feel it, others not so much. It just depends on how we connect.
